What if my offer isn't accepted?
We may send you a counteroffer, which you can accept. If your offer is declined, you're not charged, and you can send a new offer right away.
Can I make an offer on my whole cart?
Yes! Add your items, open your cart and tap Make an Offer to send one offer for the whole bundle.

Always. Every item we sell is 100% authentic, genuine brand-name beauty. No dupes, no fakes, ever. We'd never sell you anything we wouldn't use ourselves.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $7 for orders under $50, $8.50 for orders $50–$100, and $9.50 for orders over $100. Express shipping is $15.
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 48 hours.
What's your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and unopened. Please email hustlehaus1@gmail.com with a photo of your item, a brief description of what's wrong, and your order number. Without this info we can't process a return.
